Which devices can I use MYdys on?

MYdys is available on Android and iOS smartphones and tablets, and on Chromebooks.

Do I need to be dyslexic to use MYdys?

No. MYdys was designed to support people with dyslexia, but anyone looking for more reading comfort can use it. The audio player and translation can be especially helpful for non-native speakers or people with significant reading difficulties.

Can MYdys adapt a PDF or an image?

Yes. You can import a PDF file or an image, then personalise the text recognised by the app.

Does MYdys work without an Internet connection?

No. An Internet connection is required to use the app’s features.

How many languages can MYdys translate a text into?

MYdys offers a translation feature available in 70 languages.

What is a MYdys credit?

Credits are used when adapting, translating or reading a text aloud. The free version includes 50 credits offered on first installation. Paid subscriptions give you a number of credits renewed every month.

Can I save or share an adapted text?

Yes. Depending on the features included in your plan, you can save, share or print the text once it has been adapted.

Does FACIL’iti keep the photos and texts I import?

Images and texts are processed to provide the app’s features. The content is not collected by FACIL’iti. Personalisation settings are stored on the user’s device.
