In accordance with these regulations, you have the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- right of access and to information;
- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;

Tracker management
This website uses cookies and trackers to ensure it works properly, to measure its audience and to improve your browsing experience. Except for trackers that are strictly necessary for the website to work, they are only set once you have given your consent.
You can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time, just as easily either way, through the cookie management module available from every page, or by configuring your browser settings.
The cookies used, their purposes and their retention periods are detailed in our privacy policy.
Accessibility
Our commitment
As a specialist in digital accessibility and inclusion, FACIL’iti strives to make this website accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the accessibility obligations that apply to online public communication services (article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and the French accessibility standard — RGAA).
The level of compliance, any exemptions and the ways to report an accessibility issue to us are detailed in our accessibility statement.
Mediation
Consumer disputes
In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), FACIL’iti informs consumers that, after sending a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory answer, they may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator the company falls under:
CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice
- Address
- 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France
- Phone
- +33 (0)1 89 47 00 14
- [email protected]
- Website

- Submit a dispute
- www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
Mediation is free of charge for the consumer, is conducted in French and must be initiated within one (1) year of the written complaint. It does not deprive the consumer of the right to bring the matter before the competent court.
This mediation scheme is reserved for consumers, that is, individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity, who use the solutions and mobile apps offered by FACIL’iti in a private capacity. It does not apply to business-to-business relationships: contracts concluded with companies, local authorities or other organisations are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions applicable to those offers.
