The personal data submitted through the contact form, namely: last name(s) and first name(s), email address, subject, message and, optionally, phone number, is used to identify you and to get back to you with the best possible understanding of your needs.

Personal data submitted through the newsletter form:

When you give us your email address in order to receive our newsletter, we undertake to use this data only for that stated purpose. Every newsletter we send lets you unsubscribe through a dedicated link or manage your preferences regarding the data you provided. Only the email address is mandatory, as it is required to receive the newsletter.

Personal data submitted through the white paper download form:

When you download a white paper, the data submitted, namely: last name(s) and first name(s), company and email address, is used to give you access to the requested document and to send it to you. All of these details are mandatory and may be used to contact you again.

4. Do we use cookies?

Cookies store browsing actions and preferences in a browser for a given period of time.

Our website uses cookies; they save some of your preferences so that we receive anonymous feedback on how our website is used. The purpose is to improve our website by making the user experience easier.

We therefore record: pages visited, mouse movements and the path taken through the pages. The information collected in this way is not intended to identify you. Data submitted through our contact form is either deleted immediately if the contact request cannot be followed up, or kept for the duration of our collaboration and up to 5 years after it ends. It may be kept for up to 5 years after receipt if it is of potential longer-term interest.

Data submitted when downloading a white paper is kept for as long as it takes to process your request then, for possible further contact, for up to 3 years from our last contact or until you object.

Data collected when you subscribe to our newsletter is kept for as long as you do not withdraw your consent. A link is included in each of our newsletters for this purpose.

6. Who can access your data?

We will never sell your data. Your data will only be disclosed to a third party with your consent.

To send our newsletters, we use Mailjet as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that the information you provide will be transferred to Mailjet for processing in accordance with their privacy policy.

7. How can you exercise your rights?

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, portability and/or erasure regarding the processing of your data.
